In diesem Format ermöglichen wir es dir, mit deinem Kind gemeinsam zu trainieren. Ihr bekommt ähnliche Workouts, die ihr dann gemeinsam durchlauft. Unsere Coaches sind für dich und dein Kind da und sorgen dafür, dass ihr gemeinsam die beste Stunde eures Tages in eurem zweiten Zuhause habt.
Analog zu unseren CrossFit Classes führt einer unserer Coaches dich und dein Kind durch das Warm-up, gefolgt von möglichen Kraft- oder Skill-Teilen bis hin zum Workout of the Day (WOD). Der Coach überwacht und korrigiert dabei eure Bewegungsausführung individuell.
